Lawyers for Justice in Libya are looking for active, enthusiastic, and confident individuals who are passionate about social reform in their country to train as Destoori Ambassadors. They will be the key link between the people and their constitution.
Destoori Ambassadors are volunteers enlisted with the primary aim of encouraging discussion of the constitution at the grassroots level. They will be trained in ‘guerrilla’ campaigning strategies, such as how to hold graffiti events and street theatre performances with the help of local artists. They will use such skill sets to inform their communities of the constitutional drafting process, educate them on its importance, and provide details of upcoming Destoori events. They will also provide local points of contact and assistance for the Destoori Guides, who will be leading the Rehlat Watan bus tour.
We are looking for Ambassadors all across Libya. If you are interested in becoming a Destoori Ambassador, send your CV and letter of interest to firstname.lastname@example.org.
