The Destoori team faced the elements in Hoon - with much rain and wind! But they persevered and had an amazing session with members of the public - especially interesting was the team's discussion with women at the traditional market of El-Hayes women's rights especially in relation to marriage and divorce rights. Other issue raised was the need for greater decentralisation and more co-ordination with central authorities. From there, the team went on to another market, where the issue of cultural rights and focused especially on Libya's historical heritage. The question of natural resources and land usage was very interesting too - with the role of centralisation particularly discussed and its positive obligation towards these issues.
