Lawyers for Justice in Libya (LFJL), in collaboration with the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), is pleased to share its recommendations for the 61st ordinary session of the African Commission for Human and People’s Rights (ACHPR) regarding the protection of the human rights of migrants in Libya. 

More Summary Executions In Eastern Libya Yet No Accountability

Another summary execution has been reported in eastern Libya. LFJL strongly condemns these acts that amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity and calls on the ICC to investigate immediately.

LFJL: Attack on Misrata Courthouse is an Attack on Justice and the Rule of Law

The attack on a courthouse in Misrata is a serious and direct attempt to disrupt and undermine the rule of law in Libya. LFJL urges the Libyan authorities to investigate and bring the perpetrators to account and end the ongoing impunity for human rights violations.
