Open Letter to NTC regarding Laws 37 & 38

Following on from LFJL's announcement, we are proud to publish this open letter to the NTC relating to laws 37 and 38 which was signed by over 60 lawyers, judges, journalists, activists and, above all, Libyans. This letter will be delivered to the NTC 9 May 2012.

إلحاقاً ببيان منظمة محامون من أجل العدالة في ليبيا، يسرنا نشر هذه الرسالة المفتوحة إلى المجلس الوطني الانتقالي بشأن القانون 37 والقانون 38، وقد وقع عليها ما يزيد على ستين محامٍ وقاضٍ وصحفي وناشط "ليبيين". سيتم تسليم هذه الرسالة إلى المجلس الوطني الإنتقالي في 9 مايو 2012 بإذن الله.
